Electrochemical Nanobiosensors

The Chemical Sensors and Biosensors Group of the Department of Analytical Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis of the UAM and IMDEA Nanociencia is a consolidated research group whose research focuses on the design, construction, characterization and validation of electrochemical sensing platforms, based on efficient, reliable, low cost and easily transferable to the productive sector for direct application in clinical, environmental and food analysis. Currently, the nanoanalytical area is a priority line in the group that focuses on the incorporation of low-dimensional nanomaterials for the development of new, improved and highly efficient (bio)sensors of the sample to result type.
